Our standard delivery charge of €8.99 is applicable to addresses throughout Ireland, regardless of however many items you order. Free delivery on orders over €100 (if the products are in our stock in Ireland).

AnPost Express delivery is €8.99 – Order before 2pm Monday – Thursday for Next Day Delivery.

Next Working day when ordered before 2pm (Note: 97% of Deliveries received prior to 2pm are delivered next working day).
Please note! Black Friday, Peak Season delays are inevitable and could take 3-5 working days, in some circumstances even longer. Our team trying to do everything to minimise these delays.
Track and Trace – You will be kept informed via email and SMS when the item leaves our warehouse. If we are not able to deliver your order, or if there will be a significant delay in delivering your order, we will attempt to contact you. Working days are defined as Monday-Friday 8am-7pm inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from HealthierLife Ireland, however we understand if this is not always case. If you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. To return an item you can simply by contacting us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or using an online contact form.
In accordance with the Distance Selling legislation, we will accept goods returned within 14 days from date of delivery so long as they are returned in an unused new condition with the original packaging. Please note, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. We process refunds daily. However please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to show up on your statement due to the banks processing time.
Change or Cancel Orders:
Please contact our Customer Services team for advice on online support or email email@example.com between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please be ready to quote your order number. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
Returning Faulty Goods
If your parcel arrives damaged please either do not accept it or report it immediately. In the unlikely scenario that a parcel arrives damaged you must report this to us within 24 hours by phone or email so we can collect and resend.
